Absolutely designed to never dull, break, or wear out; even after years of demanding use. The extractor "ramp", first area to contact the cartridge rim, is honed to an ultra smooth finish, assuring the cartridge rim glides smoothly down as the bolt goes home.
Titan's well defined angles securely grip case heads and give a more positive extraction; even on tight, match chambered barrels. All extractions are greatly improved, especially on those "difficult ejections" by some ammo.
To allow for a more positive "hook point" effect, the standard 90 degree "reach to point" is relieved to 89 degrees; making for the necessary hooking effect without actually cutting into the brass rim, and instantly releases the casing as contact is made with the Ejector.
Titan's NEW Ejector is Laser cut from S-7 Tool Steel to exact tolerances, + .0002. Folks, that's an EXACT sizing to be .0002 thicker than the factory version. This extra thickness allows the Ejector to be "Very TIGHT Fitting" in the Trigger Group, absolutely NO Moving around.
One of the main problems associated with the 10/22 is failure to properly eject the spent casing. When the factory Ejector experiences movement from the Bolt cycle, this movement allows the brass to be ejected at different angles. Too often the varying impact angles force the brass to hit inside the Receiver housing; you end up picking out the casing.

Titan's NEW Pro-Bolt Release is the exception; absolutely perfect in function. Each is hand fitted and tested for total perfection, not just a stamped out part. Things fail when it is assumed they are made right. NOT a Titan Pro-Bolt Release, each and every one is tested in a fully functioning 10/22 rifle before packaging, you know it's right the First time.
This Auto-Bolt Release will not make your rifle fire "fully automatic". It will allow you to release the bolt with just a slight nudge to the operating rod handle instead of the awkward ("two-handed, push-pull, lift and let-go") factory release. Pull back slightly on the bolt handle and the bolt releases, you are ready.

Titan's NEW Pro Extended Mag Release is without question... Absolutely PERFECT. All are sized within .0001 of each other, each and every one. No more filing and sanding, fussing and cussing; Titan takes time on each part to be sure it's a simple drop in, and it definitely is.
Laser cut from 6061 Aircraft Grade Aluminium to be positively perfect fitting and never fail or wear out. Titan's Pro Ext. Mag Release protrudes 1/2" inch outside the Trigger Housing, perfectly formed for the finger, and still allows ample room for the Bolt Release function. More than 1/2" inch protrusion from the Trigger Housing would create the probability for accidental Mag drops.
Just flip the Mag Release with back of your trigger finger, and be ready to catch the mag with your other hand... its dropping. It's that easy, but not so easy as to accidentally drop the Mag. This is the most positive and fastest means of changing Mag's there is.
Titan's special blend of Powder Coat finishes, Black and Silver, are the closest match to standard 10/22 finishes there is. It doesn't have to be a different shade of silver for every component you buy. Ruger factory finishes are consistent in shades and tones of silver and black; so are Titan Powder Coated products.

Titan's OverSize B-5 pins solves the age old problem of the B-5 Receiver Cross pins "falling out"; PLUS , removes the sponginess between the Trigger Group and Receiver for a crisp, consistent, trigger pull.
Pins have blue ends and silver centres, so as not to be mixed with standard pins. One end has slight 45 degree bevel. These OverSize B-5 steel pins have RC 58-60 hardness for a virtual trouble free no-wear service, should last a life time.
